Marjolaine Arsenault is an award-winning fiber artist fascinated by the creative process of making seamless nuno felt garments. Her work is known for its originality, striking color palette and beauty. She participated at national juried fine craft shows for 12 years to sell her one-of-a-kind garments. Marjolaine enjoys sharing her passion for nuno felt through in-person classes and online courses. Her teaching experience includes: Pacific Northwest Art School, Coupeville, WA; Aya Fiber Studio, Stuart, FL; Hudson River Arts Workshops, Greenville, NY; Felt::Feutre Canada Symposium, NS, Canada; Felter’s Rendezvous, Estes Park, CO; New England Felting Supply, Easthampton, MA and Opulent Fibers, Portland, OR. Featured in PBS AHA! A House for the Arts, Fiber Art Now Magazine and Worldwide Colors of Felt. Awards include: Fiber Art Now Magazine, Excellence in Fibers Award; Palm Beach Fine Craft Show, Collector's Award and Chicago Botanical Garden Fine Craft Show, Outstanding Achievement Award. Her garments were exhibited at Kent State University Fashion Museum Show Fiber to Felt to Fashion in 2014-15 and presented in the Electric City Fashion Shows in 2016-17, Saratoga Springs, NY.
